The Whaka 100 team relay is more achievable for riders who are unable to train for the big 100km or keen for a combined efforts with mates. The relay stage distances range from 24km-26km. Thinking of entering the Whaka 100 but feel it is out of your depth? Enter yourself and a group of mates into the Group Challenge and concur the 100km collaboratively.
PODIUM MEDALS
Podium medals are award to the top 3 teams, you must be present to claim the medal.
FINISHER MEDALS
Finisher medals will only be awarded to the teams who complete the event.

SEEDING
There are 2 seeding potions. To gain the seeding positions you must complete select one team rider to do the TT. Learn more about the Whaka TT here

The course check points listed below are in the interest of participant safety. The times are based on a participant averaging 10kmph or less. It is unlikely that this will affect your race however If you fall behind the timing checkpoints you will be removed from the course:

- 1:30pm 50km Green Lake reserve
- 3:45pm 76km Yellow brick road

STAGE LOGISTICS
The Whaka100 provides a shuttle service to and from the team change area at set times. you can also access TC1 & TC3 by using personal transport however TC2 to the Green Lake is mandatory to use the shuttle service provided.

TC 1 - Startline to Tarawera Road, 8:30am returning at 11am
TC2 - Startline to Green lake, 9:50am returning at 12pm
TC3 - Startline to Yellow Brick Road, 12:10pm (2km cycle back to the finishline)
