WITHDRAWALS & REFUNDS
If you cannot participate in the Whaka100 MTB event or the associated distance events, entry fee refunds can be requested up until 5pm, 1st of September 2019 to receive will receive 50% of their entry fee.
All entry fees are non-refundable after 5pm, 1st of September 2019 and cannot refund entry fees after this date. Requests for refunds must be notified to the organiser by filling out the form below.
Please allow up to 7-14 days for your refund to be processed. The refund is automatically issued to the credit card originally used to pay for the registration. If this card has since been cancelled or has expired, please email us.

UNLAWFUL RESALE OF ENTRY - As stated in the event terms and conditions you are not legally permitted to give your entry to another person or sell your entry to a third party regardless of the circumstances unless the transfer process has been completed and authorised by the event managment.
